Safety and Compliance
- Follow our Acceptable Use and Usage Policies.
- Do not list content or services that are illegal, deceptive, or harmful.
- Respect export controls, sanctions, and regulatory requirements.
Customer Experience
- Provide responsive support and clear onboarding instructions.
- Resolve disputes in good faith and honor published refund policies.
- Notify buyers about material changes, outages, or deprecations.
Security and Privacy
- Protect customer data and minimize the data you collect.
- Use secure authentication and access controls.
- Report security issues promptly and remediate quickly.
Intellectual Property
- Only list content you own or have permission to distribute.
- Do not use trademarks, branding, or assets without authorization.
- Respect open source licenses and attribution requirements.
Enforcement
